We made a name for ourselves...
After 20 years working in the design and marketing sector, owner Ian Durman set up FrankCreative in 2005. The name 'Frank' came from being open and straight forward with clients and from the agencies approach to work:
"It's always the simplest ideas that work the best. If you have to start explaining why a piece of design is done a certain way or why an advert looks like it does, then it's failed. The viewer should get it straight away."
With 90% of FrankCreative's work coming from referrals it's easy to understand why they're still going strong - client satisfaction is as important as the creative thinking that goes into a project. "Collaboration is the key - even though clients are busy in the day-to-day running of their businesses, they still need to be kept in the loop.
