A respected UEFA and FIFA referee thanks to his pragmatic, calm approach Matt Messias relocated to New Zealand in 2004 to become deputy principal at Howick College in Auckland. On his return to the UK in 2014 he became principal of the Atrium College in Devon using his leadership skills to motivate staff and students.

Matt has now launched his own business as motivational leadership coach - using his vast experience of high pressure management and decision making to empower business and educational leaders. Using Matt as the brand driver, we created a strong, forward thinking icon to anchor his marketing and online presence.
