A brand makeover with a capital B

Over the past 18 months, FrankCreative have been working with Brabners LPP, one of the largest law firms in the north of England (and officially one of the best to work for!). The aim was to revitalise the brand and bring consistency and uniformity to all of Brabners' online and offline marketing presence.
Working alongside with their marketing team, the company’s logos were redefined to sit consistently and comfortably alongside each other, with a new marque created for the sub-brand True North.
All internal and external collateral was redesigned to follow consistent templates that could be edited in-house, and bespoke brochures were created for specific legal services. Service-specific pull-up banners were also designed for conferences alongside supporting videos that can loop on monitors, and an employee ‘3-year strategy’ flip book for all staff has been produced, together with an all-encompassing brand guidelines document covering every aspect of this substantial project.
We were also asked to produce materials for the launch of their London office which inlcuded creating iconic imagery for internal and external comms and a short video teaser to roll out across social media - a video that has so far had over 2000 views and appeared on twelve news sites!
It’s been an intense but extremely satisfying and enjoyable journey, with some excellent results that will help Brabners continue their successful 200+ year journey as a leading legal firm.

The brief was to create an eye-catching teaser video based on the images we created for internal and external comms, highlighting Brabners' new London office (avoiding the usual lawyer imagery cliches).
The images – which used the 'B' from the Brabners logo, blown up to huge proportions and turned into an office block in central London – were well received, and it was decided that it would be pretty cool to have the 'B' moving through London.
We then created a script and storyboard that hinted at the 'B' without giving too much away until the final clip – almost cinematic in execution. City sounds and subtle music were added, and the whole thing was trimmed down to an economical fifteen seconds.
The results so far have been over 2000 viewings and listings on 12 news sites – and some very complimentary comments.
